What is Coaching?

Coaching differs from therapy in that a diagnosis has not been given and is not the focus of treatment. You may be seeking extra support to manage stress, build better relationships, increase production, or find different means of communication with your child.
Our coaches will work with you to obtain your goals, increase self-care, and create more satisfying relationships.

Parenting-ish Coaching

Are you having difficulties feeling present with your family? Maybe you are feeling guilty for taking the time for your needs? Or creating goals but don’t take steps to achieve them because you are sabotaged by doubt, fatigue, or lack of support?
Balancing multiple needs of family, friends, school, or career is challenging. Being a parent has not been easy. The last two to three years have been challenging; let’s face it, it was challenging before the pandemic.
You may not feel supported, or your friends and family are spread out across the globe, your children may have increased needs, you may feel disconnected from your partner, and you are putting yourself last.
Parenting-ish was developed to help address parenting burnout. Our coaching team addresses unique issues parents face by developing behavioral management skills, creating structure, meeting goals, and enhancing self-care. We address burnout related to parenting and work. We assist in enhancing relationships, making time for self-care, and providing tools that help to increase communication between parents and children.
