Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you will meet with a therapist for an intake session. The therapist will gather information regarding your history, symptoms, and brief psychological assessment. You and your therapist will collaboratively identify treatment goals, time frames for treatment, and discuss diagnosis.
In CBT, we work to develop skills to challenge negative thoughts and change behavioral patterns to decrease excessive negative emotions or behaviors (ex: procrastinating or time blindness).

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

In this 8-week group. you will learn to gain greater control over emotions in stressful situations. You will learn tools to increase resilience by identifying thoughts, incorporating relaxation training, mindfulness, and acceptance.

SPACE Group

SPACE stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions and is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems. SPACE is a treatment program aimed to help parents reduce accommodations and respond to their child’s anxiety in a supportive way by changing the way they approach their child’s anxiety.
